WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKES

Last night as I was drifting off to sleep, I thought of some post topics for the blog. The one I was going to write today was about how wonderful and beautiful (etc, etc) Lauren is. But I don't think that is possible right now.

On Monday the infant development worker was here and we were teaching Lauren to stand up by pulling herself up on furniture. It took two times of helping to move her legs into the positions necessary and then she had it.

And that is what she has been doing all day. Playtime? Standing. Eating? Standing. Medicine time? Standing. Nap time? STANDING!

Lauren has not taken a single nap today except for a 10 minute catnap in her carrier. I love her naps. She loves her naps. Maybe she doesn't love her naps as much as I do.

I now have her down for an evening nap. I love that little monkey but this sleeping thing needs to get worked out. She's lucky she's so stinking cute!
